In 2015, Bakahasa Online Host and Traders (U) Limited was incorporated, taking ownership of Jubilee Web Host as a brand.
WPConn in the Equation
The company continued to expand, acquiring WPConn in 2019. WPConn is a specialized brand focusing on WordPress hosting.
Bakahasa During Covid
The year 2020 was not so bad for Bakahasa as it was to other companies. As the rest of the world was grappling with Covid-19, the Bakahasa was expanding.
In 2020, Bakahasa further strengthened its market presence by acquiring two more brands, HostZion and HostPikin, broadening its web hosting services and reach.
From Bakahasa to Sanik
Finally, in October 2023, Bakahasa rebranded to Sanik Systems Limited, a move that unified its operations under a single identity while maintaining its commitment to excellence in technology and innovation.
