Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support website hosting, email services, and cybersecurity measures.
- Troubleshoot system failures and identify solutions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in data backup and recovery processes.
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or technical assistance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT security principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Linux, and cloud services is a plus.
